Common Healhty Oils: Olive, Coconut, Palm, Shea
Although healthy oils include coconut, plam and olive particularly as the are readily available, these can also be made unhealty if they are not cold-pressed, virign, organic, non-gmo, packaged in glass, etc. Be especially careful with olive oil, which is often (and “legallly”) diluted with toxic oils like canola. Choose glass over plastic, tin or aluminum-lined containers.
Common Toxic Oils: Canola, Grapeseed, Sunflower, Safflower, Vegetable, Corn, Soybean
Seed oils, vegetables oils, and other industrially processed oils are toxic to us.
